Roch Baeza
Roch Baeza is attorney-at-law, member of the Paris Bar specialising in tax law and has over 10 years’ experience in French and international tax matters.
Before founding his own firm in September 2024, he practised with a number of leading French and international firms, including LPA-CGR (2015-2020), Jeantet (2020-2022) and Deloitte Société d’Avocats (2022-2024).
He advises a wide range of French and international groups in the industrial, service, media and financial sectors. He also assists his clients with audit and litigation procedures.
He regularly advises on M&A transactions (sales, acquisitions, fund-raising, from due diligence to SPA negotiations) and reorganisations (tax structuring and restructuring), and has extensive experience of large-scale projects and the overall management of various legal teams both in France and internationally.
He is a member of the IACF (Institut des Avocats Conseils Fiscaux).
